01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at seerdex.com (the "Website") and any related services provided by SeerDEX Products LTD ("SeerDEX", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in the Marshall Islands with a registered address at Ajeltake Road, Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Island.

SeerDEX operates a decentralized protocol designed to enable participation in prediction markets and crypto derivatives. By accessing or using the Website or interacting with the protocol, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.

02 Eligibility

By using the Website or protocol, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You further confirm that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in token sales, digital assets, or derivatives trading is prohibited or restricted.

You also represent that you are not subject to sanctions or included on any list of restricted or prohibited parties maintained by any governmental or international authority. SeerDEX reserves the right to restrict or deny access at its sole discretion.

03 Nature of the Platform

SeerDEX provides access to a decentralized, non-custodial protocol that enables users to interact with smart contract-based systems without intermediaries. SeerDEX Products LTD does not operate as a broker, dealer, exchange, financial institution, or advisor.

At no point does SeerDEX custody or control user funds, digital assets, or private keys. All interactions occur directly between users and autonomous protocol infrastructure, and users retain full responsibility for their activities.

04 Token Sale and Utility Token Disclaimer

The SeerDEX token ("$SEERX") is intended solely for use within the SeerDEX ecosystem as a utility token. It is not designed to constitute, and shall not be interpreted as, a security, share, derivative, or financial instrument under any applicable laws.

Holding or acquiring $SEERX does not grant any ownership rights, equity interest, profit-sharing entitlement, or claim against SeerDEX Products LTD or any affiliated entity.

Participation in any token offering is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. No representations or warranties are made regarding the present or future value, liquidity, or utility of $SEERX. You acknowledge that the token may lose all value and that there is no guarantee of exchange listing, market development, or continued operation of the protocol.

05 No Financial or Investment Advice

All content provided on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. SeerDEX does not provide recommendations or endorsements regarding participation in the protocol or acquisition of $SEERX.

07 Non-Custodial Structure

SeerDEX operates on a strictly non-custodial basis. Users retain full control over their digital assets and are solely responsible for safeguarding their wallets, private keys, and access credentials.

SeerDEX does not have the ability to access, recover, freeze, or reverse any transactions.

08 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website or protocol for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. This includes, without limitation, engaging in fraudulent activity, market manipulation, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or attempts to bypass security measures.

SeerDEX reserves the right to restrict access where such behavior is suspected.
